The track is rated Dead for racing today at Caulfield, and with the possibility of a few more showers across Melbourne there will probably be little improvement.  The rail is out 4 metres which will assist the on pace runners, particularly in short and middle distance races. Inside barriers will be an advantage in most races. Look for runners comfortable with some give in the track.
